Google Sites is a nice service to manage data, but sometimes having the ability to set page permissions by users or groups might be handy. Something that could be done by using a drag & drop permission system. Where you could chose from several page overviewing methodes (alphabetic, menu structure, ...) to drag them to a box that allows you to either black or white list items. By doing so access profiles are created and could be re-used to be applied to others as well. Either manually or as the default permissions setting. (Google Sites Suggestions and Ideas)
